cannnot run dnsserver

Hello,

We are running squid-2.2STABLE4 on Solaris2.6 configured
with 27GB cache size.
I had the problem that the squid died, and I got the
following message in cache.log.

As someone else suggested,I checked out that how inode's
doing, and I see the following.
   
   Filesystem Inodes in use: 2333515/3174400 (74%)

Any comments would be appreciate.
