parent cache

Anyone know how bo and sd parent cache configured ?
(Did the compiled with digests, icmp, htcp enabled, etc.)

I'd also want to know whether digests were related icp-query, i.e: we
don't have to use icp-query and enable digests instead.

Because my upstream link is only 128K, I'd like to disable icp-query to
parent cache, is this ok ? what do you think ?
