how to use FTP PUT command ???

Hello everyone,

I want to send files from Web client to FTP server through the Squid.
I found the information about FTP PUT in Squid FAQ 12.5, it says;

    12.5 FTP PUT's don't work!
    FTP PUT requests do not work with earlier versions of Squid,
    but they should work now with Squid version 2.0 and later.

Now I tried to use this function, FTP PUT with Squid 2.2-STABLE3, but
did not work yet. Let me show your advice, please.

(1) How can I use this function ? Where can I find informations ?

(2) This FAQ means Squid converts HTTP with POST method into FTP
    PUT command ? right ?

    client --- [HTTP POST] ---> Squid --- [FTP PUT] ---> FTP Server
