Cachestat - ALmost - almost working

Yo, i ran the files manually using these commands:

access-extract.pl < access.log > summary
access-extract-urls.pl < access.log >> summary
access-summary.pl < summary > report.txt

And still the report.txt file stated 1970 and also stated it was taking over
a period of 0 seconds.. *shrug* and containts no values or statistics of
any kind...

Any ideas? All i can think of is,.. its not reading the log files
properly.. *shrug*?
