Real Player only works _if_ (and only if) your clients are using real-player
5 (or later) AND the streaming server that the client is requesting data from
is using real-server 5 (or later) AND the server is configured to deliver
HTTP data, AND the clients are configured correctly.

If all these are the case, then you do not need to modify the squid
configuration to make it work. If any of these is not the case, then no
amount of messing with the squid configuration will help you.
