WCCP with 2.3Stable1 & Cisco

Hi Everyone,

I have followed the instructions for WCCP word for word.

I am running Redhat Linux 6.1 with Glenn's GRE module. The redirection from
the router to the squid-box seems to be working, based on the packets coming
in... However there is no response from the squid box, and nothing is seen
on the browser... Telnetting to any remote site with port 80 doesn't give me
a connection...

I have set up the linux box for transparent proxy, and it is working fine
with
route-map proxy-redirect in the router.

The router also tells me the squid is "alive"

P.S. I am running 2 squid-boxes peering eachother, trying to get WCCP to
work...
