Squid 2.2 stable5 died

Hi All,

My current squid works smoothly for about a year now. Recently it died
several times. Before it died, the cache log file recorded these:

...(repeat many times)

Do you have any suggestion? The platform is:

PII-400/512MB RAM/2 x 9GB HD
RH 6.0/Kernel 2.2.10/Squid 2.2.STABLE5
