URL site-access restrict

Actually I did so for ACL and http_access, but it won't work.
So I did check of the log file under squid home directory
 ~/squid_log/access.log,
and restricted FIRST_UP_PARENT via cache_peer_access.
(even if http_access deny set for the URL,
 there used another proxy for that access)

Now it solved perfect.
