Alteon CacheDirector and Squid

Hi,

I'm trying to setup an Alteon CacheDirector to transparently proxy http
requests to a Squid 2.3STABLE2 proxy server.

The Alteon unit seems to be picking up the packets correctly and passing
them onto the squid box but the squid box doesn't seem to be getting the
correct URL.

I'm also using IE5 if that has any bearing on the problem!

My test so far

        IE5 requests http://www.itworks.com.au/~gavin

        The squid box ends up getting a request for /~gavin, that is, no
        host information :-(

any ideas greatly appreciated.
