Squid with NamedVirtualHosts

Does squid handle named virtual hosts fine? I am talking about where you
have a virtual domain that doesn't have its own unique ip address
assigned, but rather shares it with other virtual domains. On modern
browsers, the actual name of the domain is sent and passed to the server
to let it know which domain you wanted to hit. I am not sure if its a
squid problem, but I am having problems when hitting "deductbox.com",
which looks like this:

[signal@bl0wfish signal]$ nslookup deductbox.com
Server: luna.shreve.net
Address: 208.206.76.2

Name: deductbox.com
Addresses: 207.155.248.7, 207.155.248.9, 207.155.252.4, 207.155.252.72

[signal@bl0wfish signal]$ nslookup slingo.com
Server: luna.shreve.net
Address: 208.206.76.2

Name: slingo.com
Addresses: 207.155.248.9, 207.155.252.72, 207.155.252.14, 207.155.252.7

[signal@bl0wfish signal]$ nslookup highschoolextra.com
Server: luna.shreve.net
Address: 208.206.76.2

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: highschoolxtra.com
Addresses: 207.155.252.9, 207.155.248.7, 207.155.248.72, 207.155.252.12
Aliases: highschoolextra.com
