Cache manager in squid-2.3.STABLE2-1

Hi!
Just upgraded 2.3STABLE1 to STABLE2-1 and copied all from old config file to
new one.
Everything seems to be fine but cache manager via http - it started asking
for authentication:

Cache Manager Access Denied.

Sorry, you are not currently allowed to request:

    cache_object://localhost.../

from this cache manager until you have authenticated yourself

I have per IP restrictions in Apache config and don't want to use any
password authentication. How do I disable it please?
