Problem getting squid to not cache certain sites

Hi All:

I'm having a problem which I think is...
I can't get squid to not cache certain sites.

I have customers complaining that they can't get current info from www.zone.com
Messages coming up saying something about "get your isp to update their
files" or something like that.

I have tried using the "no_cache deny" command (see my config below)
and also tried the "always_direct" command (sample also below)

I've played/experimented with this for weeks, and again this evening.
I just can't seem to get it.
Any/all help/suggestions greatly welcome.

Running Version 2.3.STABLE2 on FreeBSD 768Meg
