First you need to find out what *.deb objects there is in your cache.
Squid does not know about this.

Two ways are possible:
a) Build a likely list from your access log
b) Use a tool which searchesthe filesystem for matching objects.

Then use a batch tool to issue PURGE requests for these objects to
Squid. There are some good batch tools for this in the test-suite
directory (i.e. tcp-banger2 or pconn-banger).
