access to selected pc through squid

Hi:

How can I allow ONE PC in my network (on which apache is running) to get
the requests from outside directed to this PC allowed through proxy and
if one wants to start an http packet from this pc to WWW he should go
through squid box. I hope the illustration will help understand the
question in much better way:

PC -> Squid Box -> WWW

WWW -> PC (but through Squid box)
