1. It is a development release intended mostly for developers. DO NOT
run this on a production server or if you don't know how to analyze a
core dump.

2. A LOT has changed since 2.4.DEVEL2 making it of limited use to
developers to get bugreports on this version. And a lot more will
probably change before 2.4.STABLE.
