Quoting received bytes in SQUID 2.3.

Hello.

I'm interested in limiting received information for each user (not an IP
adress). I have transparent proxy made on SQUID 2.3.

What's the best way to use a proxy possibilities of SQUID 2.3. (Free BSD
3.4).

So I'm interested in followed:
1. Are there any modules for SQUID making a web proxy authentication? (Like
a module from Wingate)
2. What is the best way to set up quotes of received bytes for each UNIX
user?
