this problem was caused alot of work but at last it is ok!! :) this conf.
has worked correctly with ncsa_auth.

acl ldap ............
acl allowedsites dstdomain .dhl.com
acl allowedtimes time .......

http_access deny !allowedsites
http_access allow manager localhost
http_access deny manager
http_access deny !Safe_ports
http_access deny CONNECT !SSL_ports
http_access allow ldap allowedtimes
http_access deny all
