After installing squid (last week) we had to change our permission policy,
changing from user:password to access proxy server, to ip authorization,
because we don't have the NCSA module that is supose to make the
user:password check with squid, could someone tell were i can get this
program, or if it came with squid package and it was my fault that i forget
to install it.
