[SQU] Application without proxy configuration

Dear

We have any applications, that go to the internet and get any informations.
But this tools don't have options for define a proxyserver.
So that application canot get the informations. (Thats okay and not a error)

BUT:

Can I define a default http-proxy gataway under Windows NT or Windows98,
that will by use for all applications?
A simple example is: ftp under Windows NT ! (We don't use that, but this
is only an example!) But I fink when ftp run, other
applications run's to!
