[SQU] FATAL: Received segment voilation

Dear Squid Users,

I've successfully compiles squid-2.4 but it gives me following errer when I run it , I have fresh cache_dir , permissions and ownership on cache_dir are also Okay:

FATAL: Received Segment Violation...dying.
Not currently OK to rewrite swap log.
Not currently OK to rewrite swap log.

any help'll be appreciated,
