[SQU] multiple IP addresses problem...

I have 2 ip addresses from different service providers,
I dont want to have double squid processes on my server.
I want to use the first IP addres for fetches from the .tr domain
and the second IP address to be used for the fetches from !.tr domain.
How can I achieve this?
