[SQU] can not access SSL sites

Hi, Everyone

Runing squid cache Version 1.1.22 on FreeBSD3.3R.
I can access web site(http), but can not access SSL Sites(https).
Please tell me where must I check. Help me.

1.squid.conf
I configured following lines only.

Squid Server's IP address is 192.168.1.5
and setted proxy infomation to my Netscape v4.72.
