[SQU] Using delay pools by file extension

Is the below delay settings correct if I'd want to limit
each host to 256kbps when downloading a file with the file
extension mp3 and with no limit otherwise?

acl mp3files urlpath_regex -i \.mp3$
delay_pools 1
delay_class 1 3
delay_access 1 allow mp3files
delay_access 1 deny all
delay_parameters 1 64000/64000 -1/-1 32000/64000
