we are runngin 2.2.STABLE4 with no patches, and have no trouble using:
ftp://user:password@host.name
in internet exploder version 5, execpt every now and then ie says that the
proxy is not setup to allow write permissions, but in 5 mins it works again,
a typical ms ie problem im sure....
