you should route any request with destination port to external proxy
in your gateway(ie: firewall,router) if you have your external one as a
transparent proxy, otherwise you should have these in your internal
squid.conf

>cache_peer your.external.proxy parent your_proxy_port your_icp_port
default
>never_direct allow all
