If you are using valid IP addresses you should just bypass the protocol from
cache,
otherwise after bypassing them from cache try to masquerade/Nat the
protocol.

Subject: [SQU] Squid & RTSP

Hi there,

I'm curently running SQUID as a http proxy and with
squidGuard doing some aditional filtering it works very well.

However i need a couple of machines to use RTSP for use with real
player....while for most this is a non buisness use, the company i
work for does traffic and travel on the radio so it would be of use to
monitor stations we provide output for but are not in the
geographical area to receive.

Anyway....is anyone out there using RTSP ???

I've tried a couple of RTSPD proxies, but they don't seem to work
for some reason...

Any ideas ???

Thanks,
Lee
