[SQU] squid not resolving

I have squid 2.3stable 4, but when I try to enter www.zope.org from
netscape with squid configure, I get the error of :

Unable to determine IP address from host name for www.zope.org
The dnsserver returned:
      No DNS records

But if I dont use the proxy, the page loads normally. Any idea why?

I'm having this problem with a few sites.
