[SQU] Always Direct

Hi,

Can you tell me how to tell squid to go direct for web pages from a list
of IP addresses? I tried the always_direct but it does not work. Here
is what I did.

Os: Redhat 6.2
Squid: squid-2.3.STABLE4

squid.conf:
...
acl localips,dst,"/etc/squid/ip_local"
always_direct allow localips
...

ip_local:
...
61.8.0.0/19
61.8.96.0/19
...
