How do I really config wccp.

I enable it once on my cisco 2600 series router and nothing happen.

I had config wccp_router to the cisco router.

I enable ip wcct ver 1.0

How do I fully config squid and cisco IOS 12.1 (1)T

  In my opinion WCCP is a better solution. Policy routing loads up the router to much for my liking

      Thanks to this list i now have my
              Cisco 3640
              WCCP
              FreeBSD4.1
              Squid 2.3 Snap
              IPFILTER

      configuration working like a charm. However i'd now like to authenticate my users with a username and password.
      I remember reading somewhere that this isn't possible with Transparent Proxing. Is this correct?
      Has anyone hacked a solution to this problem?
