[SQU] Dynamic bandwith allocation

Hello!

I has a big problem.
We had a 256k leased line internet connection through a squid proxy.
Our company want to priorize our http and ftp traffic.
The rules:
1. If we had "business traffic" (for example: somebody downloads a price
database from www.sun.com
                                                            or similar
url)
    the business traffic has higher priority than others.

2. If there ara no business traffic,we could use the full bandwith

My question:
Can we priorize the traffic in squid?

( I try the delay pools, but it only limit the bandwith ... )
