[SQU] I cant find the problem

I am trying to run a transparent proxy on A Solaris 8 x86 box. I have
installed IP Filter and configured it as in the FAQ at www.squid-cache.org
But the thing is still is not working. At this point, squid is not even
doing the normal proxying. How do I pinpoint the problem Where could the
problem possibly be, in squid or in IP Filter?
