[SQU] Netscape Proxy to squid Mystery

Switching from Netscape Proxy Server to squid 2.2.STABLE5, running on SCO
OpenServer 5.0.4, all machines can access the Internet fine.....

Except for one site (www.iwon.com) which only one machine can access. For
everyone else, trying to access that site locks up their MS Internet
Explorer session and it needs to be killed (it is not necessary to reboot).
That one machine that functions properly can access it through either
Netscape Navigator 6 or Internet Explorer 4. Everyone else seems to be
running Internet Explorer 5 but why would that matter?

Restoring the Netscape Proxy Server sets everything back to rights.

I have made virtually no changes to squid.conf - just those mentioned in
QUICKSTART. One thing which I suspect is wrong is the mask for the 'acl
localhost' entry but I'm not sure what hex 7f000000 translates into. Even
so, if it were creating problems, I wouldn't think that they would be
machine specific ones or manifest as they do.

TIA
