[SQU] WCCP & Squid

Hello,

I'm running wccp on a Cisco 3620 with IOS 12.0.12 or 12.0.5T and squid
2.3STABLE4 with wccp enabled in the squid.conf. Everything works well, but
with an important exception. When I have wccp running, the router will hang
randomly for 2-3 seconds at a time every 15 minutes or so (more frequently
as usage by users increases), causing many problems for our customers who
are into various online games. When wccp is disabled however, the router
(and the problems) go back to normal, steady operation. What I'm wondering,
is if this problem lies with squid, my squid configuration, wccp config
(both configs followed the FAQ), or my version of IOS? If it's a problem
with the IOS, I can get a new one easily enough. If anyone would like to
see my cisco and squid configs, just let me know and I'll send them along.
