[SQU] 2.3.STABLE4 and GDSF

Morning, gentlemen

I have a problem with the replacement_policy of squid.
This is what I'm doing:

./configure --prefix=/opt/squid --enable-heap-replacement
("Enabling HEAP_REPLACEMENT" is echoed to the screen)

After the gmake and install, I get this error from
cache.log when running squid:

parseConfigFile: line 883 unrecognized: 'replacement_policy GDSF'

I have also included
        DEFINES = -DHEAP_REPLACEMENT
in src/Makefile, but I get the same error in cache.log

Looks like I'm missing something here (patch?)
