[SQU] squid always restart every a few minutes

I got these messages in my cache.log.

I've done to configure everything just like on
http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-8.html#ss8.7 , but still got
problem...

Acctually, it always happens while the SIZE in top command refers to = 513
M, like this:
(SIZE = The size of the task's code plus data plus stack space, in
kilobytes)

squid always restart while the SIZE value is 513M, any idea?
