[SQU] ACL

Hi,
Now i am using SQUID2.4DEV4 on FreeBSD 4.1 for our web caching on our
network. I have many clients(250 client), but some clients usually use "some
special program" for copy websites on Internet to their hard disk (Ex:
Teleport Pro, Gozila ...), so that the speed is verry low (1.41kB/s for HIT,
0.08 KB/s for MISS). Now i only want my clients use "web brower" for access
to the Internet, How can i do?If anyone know about that, please show me ?

My proxy server is Compaq proliant 6000 (2 PIII 500, 512 MB RAM, 2 HDD 9.1
GB)
