[SQU] Refreshing problem

Hi gurus,

I use squid 2.3 Stable 4. I have problem about refreshing site that is updating every day, like newspapers.
I use Internet Explorer and I get always get old web pages. I refresh using CTRL+refresh or shift+refresh, but it doesn't work.
When I use Netscape, I refresh the web pages using shift+reload, new pages come,

What is the problem, can you help me?
