make sure you have this in your conf file:

cache_peer mycorpproxy parent 8080 0 default no-query
never_direct allow all

And then it will work.

BTW somebody should correct FAQ at the website (part about using with other
proxies) to include the second line too.

I have read all archive and find nothing about :
I`m running squid on Linux RedHat and I have Netscape Proxy Server on NT
machine.
I need to set my squid to go through NT Netscape Proxy Server with IP and
port 8080.
I mean my Squid need to use another proxy ,witch option in squid.conf file
can set that.
