[SQU] Transparent Proxy

I'll set up squid as transparent proxy.
and I have a L4 switch(Foundry ServerIron)

our testing system is below

client---L4 Switch---Internet
                    L squid
------------------------------

squid machine uses Linux Kernel version 2.2.14-5krsmp

How do i set it up?

I already read FAQ & Users-Guide, but i cannot understand.
In FAQ Too many topic about transparent caching.

I need help. HOW?
