These are due to requests received by your cache, (probably) not
anything in your squid.conf.

So, it looks like some client is sending an HTTP request like
GET http://195.220.151.50:8080195.220.151.50/

Why it would be doing that I have no idea. Could be some
mixup with an L4 switch or http-accelerator configs.
