[SQU] Multipart

Hi, I get an error when submitting data to the cognos website.
After some emails i recieved this mail.

Hello Yuri,

This FINISH button sends "multipart/form-data" type request for fileupload.
In your case this request does not received by server & you get the error
message. In your firewall/proxy server check for any option to enable this
mime type.

what do I have to do?
