we are usiing Internet explorer, I am talking about when I try to
connect to say ftp://ftp.redhat.com, if my default gateway(in the
network aplet of win9x) is set to point to our firewall while the
browser is set to point to squid for all uses (IE:ftp, http...etc), I
get these errors. NOW...when I have my default gateway( in the network
aplet of win9x) pointing to the squid box, I can ftp thru my browser all
day long with the cool icons given with squid........what I am talking
about is my browser, not an actual ftp client program.....
