lets say you have 192.168.1.1-192.168.1.3 bound to the NIC in your Squid
Proxy.

Create (or modify) the following acl:

acl localhost src 127.0.0.1 192.168.1.1 192.168.1.2 192.168.1.3 # A range
may be legal here....can't remember right now.

first http_access line should be:

http_access allow localhost

That should do it. Someone, please correct me if I'm wrong.
