Hi,

I'm using squid-2.3.STABLE4-4 on RedHat 6.2(i386) Kernel 2.2.16 on a
2-processor i686.

here the log with debug_options ALL,2
FATAL: Received Segment Violation...dying.
2000/12/08 11:48:24| storeDirWriteCleanLogs: Starting...
2000/12/08 11:48:32| Pinger exiting.

Squid worked perfectly for 2 month and now it crashes every 2-3 days.

So, what can I do? Does anybody have a version of squid that doesn't
crash?

Thanks, Ronan.

./configure --prefix=/usr \
            --datadir=/usr/lib/squid \
            --libexecdir=/usr/bin \
            --localstatedir=/var \
            --sysconfdir=/etc/squid \
            --enable-icmp \
            --enable-snmp \
            --enable-poll \
            --enable-delay-pools \
            --enable-heap-replacement
Squid has been built with and without -O2 and it doesn't make any
differences.
