[SQU] segmentation fault

Hi,

I have installed Squid 2.3 stable4 successfully. But when i try start or create cache dir using the following commands

/usr/local/squid/bin/squid -z
/usr/local/squid/bin/squid

The error came "segmentation fault".

But my disk has space. I donot find out the reason. can anyone help me in this?
