RE: [SQU] Allowing msproxy to be a child to squid server

1) get the source to msproxy and change it to pass the
proxy-authenticate header upstream
</humor>
2) put squid for windows on the current msproxy machine and ask for a
refund. Squid can pass the authentication credentials upstream.
