I am guessing here that /bin/bash doesn't exist.

I think you'll find these are caused by all the "^M" in the file. Get rid
of them and you'll get a whole new bunch of errors. Well, I did on

GNU bash, version 2.03.0(1)-release (i386--freebsd3.2)
