[SQU] Unable to configure the ntlm branch for ntlm compilation

Hi list, Robert and Kinkie

I want to try and downloaded a new cvs snapshot of the ntlm branch.
Alas, it does not compile or install the ntlm helpers. If I try to compile
them by hand it gives zillions of stupid errors like 'errno' and other
well known symbols undeclared. I claim the ntlmssp branch was not even
configure by configure.

I configured the source with:

../squid-ntlm/configure --enable-auth="basic ntlm"
--enable-basic-auth-helpers='NCSA' --enable-snmp
--enable-ntlm-auth-helpers="NTLMSSP"
--prefix=/usr/local/squid-ps

This seems to get the ncsa_auth right, but not the ntlm authenticator.

Please help, thx.

Michael.
