[SQU] [Off] Perl

Hello,

One question. How do I contact a server in Perl? I want to send this header
to a server...

GET /index_en.html HTTP/1.0
User-agent: Mozilla/4.0
Accept: text/html, image/gif, image/jpeg
Proxy-authorization: Basic ZWFzdGVyOmVnZw==

...and then see if the server returned anything except a 200 status code in
the response header. (the point of this is to check to see if the user is
valid on that server before doing a certain operation).
