as I find out that you want to your server work directly withou any cache !
right ?!
you can add rule by ipchains for clients only not for your server ip address
.

  Hi:
  I`m sorry mi English
I work with Linux 7.0 and squid -2.3STABLE4, and I configure my server for
transparent Proxy with IPCHAINS, but my question is:
I can work with Transparent Proxy for my clients, but I don't want that
the server working how gateway, else my router continuos working how
gateway.
  I t`s possibility?
  Thanks
  Roberto

  Hola:
  Gracias
  Roberto
